1. Features of pressure reducing skid:
It integrates functions such as unloading pressurization, tank pressurization, gasification, pressure regulation, metering, odorization, and electrical control. It has a compact structure and occupies a small area. The design pressure can reach 21.8 MPa, the outlet pressure adjustment range is wide (0.2-1.6 MPa), the flow rate covers 200-2000 Nm³/h, supports remote monitoring, and can be unattended. Equipped with low-temperature liquid phase safety valve, gas phase overpressure emergency shut-off valve, electrostatic grounding and other devices, it can adapt to extreme climates (resistant to 4-magnitude earthquakes and 160 km/h wind speeds).
2. Features of the gasifier:
Adopting air temperature or water bath design, low temperature liquid is gasified from bottom to top. Maximum flow rate is 8000 m³/h, and the outlet temperature is not lower than the ambient temperature by 10ºC. Fin combination (such as 8+12 or 4+8) can reduce frosting and improve gasification efficiency. Integrated design, 14 meters high and weighing about 7.1 tons. Made of stainless steel bolts and aluminum alloy welding. Equipped with safety valve and emergency shut-off valve, supports electric hot water bath heating, ensures low temperature operation, easy maintenance and reusable.
3. Features of low-temperature storage tanks:
It adopts a double-layer vacuum insulation structure, with a distance of 300 mm between the carbon steel shell and the stainless steel liner, and the interlayer is filled with pearlescent sand and vacuumed. The volume can reach 150 m³ (3.72 m in diameter and 22.45 m in height), with an empty mass of about 50 tons and a full load of 123 tons. It contains 7 process pipelines (such as gas phase pipes, liquid inlet pipes, overflow pipes, etc.), a safety discharge device is installed on the top, and a vacuum pipe and a vacuum measuring pipe are configured at the bottom. The outer wall integrates safety facilities such as fire sprinklers and lightning rods.
Real-time data collection through pressure gauges, differential pressure level gauges and secondary instruments meets the national pressure vessel manufacturing and acceptance specifications.
Equipment relevance:
The cryogenic tank is responsible for the low-temperature storage of liquid natural gas (LNG/CNG) (-196ºC design temperature);
The vaporizer converts the liquid into gas through air temperature or water bath heating;
The pressure reducing skid adjusts the pressure of the gaseous medium (such as reducing it to 0.4 MPa), measures it and then delivers it to the pipeline network.
Linkage between safety and performance:
The insulation performance of the storage tank and the frosting control of the vaporizer jointly guarantee the gasification efficiency;
The emergency shut-off valve of the pressure reducing skid and the safety release device of the storage tank form a double protection, and the linkage is realized through the centralized monitoring system.
The three are mostly used in energy supply systems such as LNG gasification stations and CNG pressure reducing stations to meet the needs of industrial gas, urban pipelines, etc., and have the characteristics of strong mobility and short construction period.
